Starting karate is like starting a new school or a new job, exciting but also a little frightening.

At Su Ha Ri our instructors have introduced many people from all walks of life to karate, many of whom have gone on to high grades and teaching their own classes. We understand how difficult it is to take that first step into the Dojo.

Our friendly classes soon put you at ease. Our training program allows you to progress at your pace in a structured yet challenging way.

When you first come to the Dojo you will have the opportunity to watch the class in which you would participate and speak to the instructor and ask any questions you may have.

If you are a child then Mum or Dad can come with you and watch the class at the same time. Sometimes it helps to bring a friend along for a bit of support.

You will be surprised how quickly you will settle in and begin to enjoy your karate.
